Perhaps what inspired my confidence then was a basic belief in our company, the capabilities of our employees, and the strength of our customer relationships. I am pleased that I still have the same confidence and these strong relationships have now been built over many years. I am proud tht PPI has developed the tradition of exceptional customer service.
